What are the best aspects of this product?

Whenever I work on a marketing campaign, I typically find relevant individuals from a company they'll be involved in making the decision in buying our software. I can peek into the dashboard's "Scoop" section to look into current news for each company. I can also include alerts so whenever news of a certain topic come in, I get to see them immediately. This lets me react to them whenever they're presented. These are just some of the things offered by the company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Often times, especially in instances of smaller/medium companies, no information can be found. When that happens, I'd opt for alternative sources. Some of them include Zoominfo, LinkedIn Leader, or from my Salesforce database.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I frequently deal with campaigns in which I'd have to create bigger lists in target firms we've seen as excellent prospects for our own solutions. It's simple and swift in exporting data needed in Excel. I'm able to add or deduct infor from the database depending on what's needed in my profile. The tool is relatively simple to utilize. It gives me access to all info I want around a certain company, the company's products/services, and its industry.
