What are the best aspects of this product?
RainKing is tremendours in updating and validating information. If there's anything wrong happening along the way, their customer support will work diligently to correct the mistake. You get notifications through e-mail through updates/changes. The site is constantly updated. I was impressed with RainKing's reliable and quality service: they do whatever means necessary to make the most of your subscription with them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Their site could be a little toned down in terms of user-friendliness. With its plethora of tools, searches, and other features, it can be a bit overwhelming. Sam G was helpful in showing us around the site by explaining its features well and offering more time for webinars, calls, and etc.. In my opinion, I'm able to get around the site on my own with less issues and Sam G. is always available whenever I'm unsure of something or I'm in need of help.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We finally have the ability to contact executives and relevant contacts with high precision. With such incredible precision, benefits are realized by being able to reach out to proper persons. Furthermore, we're abl to being the sales cycle on the right footing as opposed to wasting time doing research, making calls, and trying to seek a contact in a proper manner.
