What are the best aspects of this product?
What I favor most with RainKing is how user-friendly it can be. It's simple to determine the person in charge of opportunities. Info is highly precise. They're straightforward on the kind of information they possess and the ones they don't. If there's a missing or erroneous message, their customer support responds quickly and will do what they can to get you the right details.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The one thing I hate with RainKing is its lack of integration with our present CRM. We're currently making us of Top Echelon/Big Biller. It would've been a big if both products are linked together. However, this isn't something we consider a deal breaker.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
RainKing enable me to be on top of the latest trends in the market. It's simple to understand which technologies are "in" and which companies are after those tech. I personally think it assisted us in getting into cold calls with more know-how on who we're reaching out to. This makes the whole aspect of cold calls easier to put up with.
