PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it provides great support service and they are quickly to respond to our questions or requets. I like that when I find some inccorect within the data sets I contact them and they quickly get back to me. I definitely like its service team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the info is dated and it can be difficult to understand if or when it is corrected. Also, it doesn’t integrate with my CRM and this means that I have lot of admins responsibility that are unnecessary . I’d like to pull the data and pump it into our CRM without any problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to its research abilities and insightful information we are able to stay on the top of every prospect we reach out. I especially like the Linkedln integration becuase I can easily copy/paste information to our CRM tool.
