What are the best aspects of this product?
This software has great database, it’s not always about gathering information but researching the titles that we need for specific location and type of company and etc. I like that our account manager does everything to meet our business needs and to accomodate us in every way possible.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It doesn’t provide contact information on IT security professionals.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to provide contacts that we need to secure the contributors to our research and it provides us with contacts on who will be the recipient of our research as well.
