What are the best aspects of this product?

For me accuracy, relevancy and currency are important factors for me. This tool allows me to download great amount of contacts into Excel and to sort by numerous zip codes. I like that this tool doesn’t have problem with huge downloads.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t liek the way it navigates, it is not smooth and it doesn’t download to SalesNow. I look forward to see these improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to keep our prospect database up-to-date and to find potential prospects for our campaigns and events. This tool search prospects in various ways and downloads the prospects into Excel spreadsheet.
