The system is highly intuitive. What's more, it's very precise at what it does. Data being presented is fresh. We find actionable leads on a daily basis. We were blown away with their customer support and swift response time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It'd be an improvement if the "best" contacts for Scoops is seen in a more global manner. It would be a plus if it's brought in Salesforce in one screen. Doing things back and forth from Scoops can be tiring. It would be of big help if they could address this issue.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our lead needs tend to be highly specific. Pairing Scoops and Prediction Engine lets us narrow the pile of lead data certain actionable and proper sources. We successfully closed out deals in the first several weeks since we made use of RK. Our cold cold call numbers were reduced by as much as 80%.
