What are the best aspects of this product?
RainKing enabled us to be target-aimed with the way we carry out our outbound sales. Its plethora of filters are handy. Data offered is precise. Other data sources typically have high bounce rates whenever we send an e-mail --- pushing us to spend precious time seeking the right number. With RainKing, this was never the case as it helps us concentrate on sales appointment scheduling, not wasting time scrubbing data.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Getting around its UI can be tough. There were only a few functionality that I was hoping RainKing would include its arsenal. It'd be a treat if there was some kind of an indicator showcasing us which accounts/contacts were already exported.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We decided to collaborate with RainKing when we started launching an outbound sales development team. We understood that in order for this team to function effectively, they'd need large amounts of precise data fitting our ideal customer/target market. We've carved huge opportunities within our pipeline from data taken by RainKing.
