This is great solution to track new leads in less time

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that I can find valuable contacts and lot of detailes on contact’s roles within the company or organization. Software’s search tool to track companies or people is amazing thing. This is wonderful tool to find potential leads.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven’t found something major to dislike. There are some delays when we refresh the data but this is nothing to worry about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had lot of trouble to find new projects and right contacts that can be related to our business. Dun & Bradstreet doesn’t offer great profile of the contacts and this means that we couldn’t pull and sort new contacts the way we want in order to run marketing campaign. But this software offers great details on contacts’ profile including their roles within the company.
