What are the best aspects of this product?
It works when accounts have a plethora of contracts and there are a lot of direct dials. Scoops receive updates. It seeks out useful information as to where units within a business make or won't make IT decisions. It has software integration with Salesforce. Super fast turnaround on requests.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It won't work when Scoops appear to oboe vague or no timeline is available. At times, such vague Sccops would roll news that are several months old. I wind up acting a fool for interacting to the account as if it were an all-new project.

Seeking new verticals in which to sell to. Seeking an individual responsible for handling our kind of technology. Being able to comprehend organizations as well as their expenditure tendencies, pain points, and others. I'm able to seek other accounts, create messaging in a timely manner, and creating more connects via phone.
