What are the best aspects of this product?
RationalPlan has everything I need from a project planning and management tool: user-friendly, easy to learn, and comes with the basic features and functionalities. I find it easy to create project timelines. I want a reliable system without the steep learning curve and RationalPlan is just that.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It seems that RationalPlan is created in Java and does not feature OX X interface components like the Save Dialog box.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I work with small research projects with a few individuals. RationalPlan just makes things smooth and seamless.
