What are the best aspects of this product?
I have just started my business and was looking for a suitable entry level CRM system with robust features. I checked out all the popular CRM apps but they did not seem suitable for my needs. Then I came across Really Simple Systems and the free version impressed me. The paid features are robust which makes the app scalable and the pricing too is reasonable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are no visible minus points. I had a little trouble learning to customize fields, but on the whole the system is pretty intuitive.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
RSS offers a single place where I can the track the progress of the sales process as well as contacts, clients, and prospects. The app helps me to keep things organized and centralize all my client management work in a single hub that I can access from anywhere as it is a SaaS product.
