The responsive RSS customer support agents helped us to customize our user interface.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Our company is based in the US and RSS is based in the UK. They do not have a US support branch and do not provide 24/7 support. Sometimes, this delays their response to our support issues.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We could not get our sales reps to use a CRM system though we tried many options from out-of-the-box systems to customized solutions designed for us. Our sales reps simply did not want to use any of them. But RSS is easy to use, straightforward, and streamlined. All our reps consistently utilize this software as it can be easily used by people with any computer skill level.
