PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's very simple to use and would be easy for people of all ages to get to grips with quickly. People who've joined my company pick it up very fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The Marketing module could work a little better but I'm aware that they're improving that and are very responsive and receptive of any feedback I've provided.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Automation for emails so that we can do nurture campaigns.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It unified sales, marketing and technical support so we all work off the same system for tasks and tickets etc.
