PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use. For a business such as our that relies on being able to easily send our e mail shots and track the response its ideal. Compared with bigger names such as Salesforce or Act its also very good money

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whilst they have introduced the ability for emails to be linked to contact details so we could keep all customer communications in one place, it was a bit buggy and we stopped using it

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would like all of our e mail conversations with any contacts on our system to be logged against that customers details. This by mirroring outlook. This functionality is available on other systems

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a financial brokerage we need to keep information on customers , lenders and investors . Being able to hold this information as far as we can in one place saves us a lot of time and also avoids mistakes of overlooking information that may be held elsewhere
