What are the best aspects of this product?
Simplicity of use is excellent. I've used a number of CRM tools over the last 20 years and RSS is the one that I consistently recommend for small businesses.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Reporting is very good but I can understand why many users prefer to use templates rather than develop their own reports from scratch. Fortunately, RSS provide a wide range of templates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Team communication around accounts. Tracking of activities across accounts. Ease of reporting.
