What are the best aspects of this product?
The system is easy to use and customise to suit the areas of data I need for my business.
I love that all my CRM data can be stored in one place as well as invoices, word docs etc and that its searchable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Older entries in our CRM had some issues syncing with Sage Accounting, with any new entries its simple.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Perhaps more interaction with other programmes. To be able to save a doc directly to the CRM for instance, rather than having to drag and drop.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The simple issue of having all our clients info and relevant docs stored in one online place, accessible from anywhere. Other systems we looked at were overly complex and seemed designed to confuse.
