What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to use, easy to access, no issues with reliability, uptime etc. Easy to manage users and change things. We're not trying to do anything fancy except store actions and details in one place so probably haven't exploited its full potential yet - still using the 2 user free version which is a great option while we are small, broke and finding out if this is the product for us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When deleting accounts there seems to be no way to 'export' old data for archiving elsewhere (and therefore decluttering without totally losing old contact/account data. The only way I can do this is by a 'report' which can be exported into .csv but have yet to successfully open a meaningful excel spreadsheet. So resigned to having pdf only and if the data is large it just falls off the page and is lost!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Would appreciate a source option of 'event' or 'tradeshow' as we meet a lot of contacts at events.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We work remotely so an online platform is essential. Being a start up we have limited funds and the free version is an excellent way to test how much use and value we'll get from it as we grow.
