What are the best aspects of this product?
RSS helps me organize everything in one place. We prefer this system to a larger platform like Sales pro as RSS is less expensive. The software is cloud-based and helps me keep my tasks, contacts, and clients organized in a single location. The advantages are it is easy to use, affordable, and convenient.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
RSS offers limited customization capability. I cannot organize as per the needs of my business. I cannot create subcategories of a company that has subsidiaries. I also cannot enter traces like outside calls, prospecting, and sales calls. This feature would be helpful as presently the tasks option does not classify or organize the task.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use RSS for cataloging and client management. The CRM helps me with my personal organization and saves me plenty of time that I would otherwise spend searching through Excel sheets and emails to find email, phone, and interaction info.
