PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The customization level of this program is, in my opinion, what sets it apart. Many other CRMs claim to be a one size fits all program, which is never the truth, there is always something lacking. With Really Simple Systems, even if it doesn't exist, the user can simply modify or create what's needed, and problem solved. wh

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really haven't been able to identify a problem spot or an area that could work better. Any problem spots can simple be redisigned due to the high level of customization.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A spot to hold lists that are kept in groups, while retaining the ability to track overall tasks on the dashboard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sofar, every one of them. This program allows my boss and I to move fluidly from one task to the next and be in constant and clear communication.
