What are the best aspects of this product?
I like many aspects of Really Simple Systems. I use this CRM software to manage my partner relationships and utilize features such as contact management, task management, document storage, and note tracking. There are many other features I do not use. One good thing is the vendor constantly keeps upgrading versions and improves the software continuously.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no complaints at all about RSS.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use RSS to keep all data in one place, to maintain historical data on relationships, and for relationship management. The main advantage is you get a single hub to store and manage everything and the app offers our company referral partner management and tracking capability. We hope the vendor improves the software in the future to enable us to export the data to our internal system.
