What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Support. I reported an issue with the email forwarding feature as the stopped working and caused email bounce back. I reported this in a live catch (I think with someone called David). That was very hard work. I was told that someone would be in touch (one got in touch). I then sent an email about this, but again no response. I thought i would call and report this, I spoke to a lady how said she would forward my message on and someone would get back to me. this started about 4 months ago and I still haven't heard back.
