What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspect for our organization is that it is a free and convenient way to track clients for one of our programs. Everything can be kept in one place and it's easy!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the functions aren't as user friendly as we'd like, but once you figure it out, it's not such a problem.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Being able to see all accounts on one page or when you go back so you are where you left off would be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Organization of our program, tracking all of the information and letting each other know what has been done with the client.
