What are the best aspects of this product?

I used the free version so was able to save money. I was attracted by the Xero integrations as I use Xero to serve my clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no Android app, Gmail extension, or Google Chrome extension. The lack of these features makes it a poor fit for my business needs. I searched the Google Play Store but could not find the mobile app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I moved on to another software because RSS did not help with my main needs which are to track contacts across systems and to share details between email and CRM.
