What are the best aspects of this product?
It is quick and easy to use. I capture my sales activity - tracking my emails and calls and progress against the new business opportunities I am working on. For a sales person, any CRM needs to have zero lag when using it and this one is the best I've used. I like the layout and the easy nature of adding or searching for information. I wouldn't like to be without it to be honest! Another feature I like is the easy way you can export your data if you need to work with it for a report.

None come to mind.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps track sales and any activities which related to progression of new business opportunities. WIthout it there would be no easy way to capture the data.
