What are the best aspects of this product?
I researched many web-based CRM software and selected Really Simple Systems because of its interface, screen layouts, and presented data. The app is not cluttered and helps me track my sales opportunities. The software meets my simple needs which are to keep track of my prospects, get reminders for follow-ups with clients, and keep track of my opportunities.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are no visible drawbacks that I can point fingers at though I am still a relatively new user. I suggested them to add pushed emailed reminders for due tasks and they replied that they were going to add this feature in the future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I want to use the software to get reminders for follow-ups with existing customers. This will ensure I do not miss out on anybody. I think the task reminders feature will help me with this job.
