What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is easy to customize. Its design helps you to customize the app to get what you need from the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only drawback is you cannot date and track notes. The notes field is offers simply as a large text box. This is not sufficient if you want to store the contextual history of notes.

We use the software to track our company’s sales process. RSS helps us to maintain the system and manage our sales process and admin work. The software’s simple yet robust reporting feature is a big help as it helps get what we need without trouble.
