What are the best aspects of this product?
Really Simple Systems CRM is easy to set up and use. These aspects are important for cloud-based apps. Plus, their setup videos and customer support are top notch.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are only a few minor drawbacks. It was initially difficult to follow the FAQ and Help sections. Plus, the blue and white color scheme seems a bit odd and old-fashioned.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Many CRM apps offer unnecessary bells and whistles that make them too complicated for small companies. RSS offers only essential features and you get what you need. This means you can save time while learning the software and avoid headaches. I only wish I could enter client data without manually doing any work!
