What are the best aspects of this product?

Really Simple Systems is user-friendly and we use it to maintain documents and data. It offers the ability to schedule activities and tasks on your opportunities and prospects. The pricing packages are affordable and the simple system is easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now you can set up tasks on the account level. We should also be able to set up tasks on the contact level which would give easy access to contact email addresses and phone numbers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use RSS mainly to follow up on opportunities and prospects. The app offers a centralized solution that our company employees can access to get account information.
