What are the best aspects of this product?
RealPage has plenty of modules that help us do our property management tasks without a hitch. I especially like their intranet feature, which enables us to communicate with our tenants on a secure channel. But this communication is not just one way--it lets our clients lodge maintenance requests and to have exchanges with their fellow tenants, too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only difficulty I have encountered with RealPage is with its API. We want to customize our website and to allow our customers to interact with our website but the API is difficult to obtain.

RealPage is a comprehensive solution to all our property management requirements.
