What are the best aspects of this product?

RealPage combines robust property management tools with strong accounting features. Because of that, we rely on it only for our needs on both aspects. It has been enabling us to communicate better with our tenants as well, especially when it comes to their maintenance requests and with their rent reminders. It has wonderful features that let us take a good look at our properties as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Though RealPage is making an effort to roll out updates regularly to make the solution instinctive, it has rather become difficult to navigate instead.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

RealPage is mostly for managing internal documents and current tenants but it allows us to work with prospective clients as well. Because it is a comprehensive software, we can collect payments from our customers through it, making the payment process convenient for all parties. What's more, RealPage has helped me deal better with the administration.
