RealPage has an accounting module that is easy to use even for users who are not well-versed in accounting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

RealPage needs to update its billing feature because it treats every cost inputted as a cost for the property only. RealPage's support is also not excellent because they are slow to respond to issues.
