My experience using RealPage

What are the best aspects of this product?

Since we record how much our applicants earn, we encounter errors in that area from time to time but RealPage makes it easy for us to correct them. Furthermore, it is intuitive and screens applications quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some browsers do not support RealPage and it is a problem for us because we have our preferred browsers. It would also be nice if they include more visibility into credit information or the background of applicants.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is a breeze to move new tenants in and it is easy to correct errors during the screening so the process is not delayed.
