RealPage is a good solution despite being frustrating to use at times

What are the best aspects of this product?

RealPage is our only go-to for our property management requirements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like that I am not able to customize the software for my needs so I ended up having a lot of workarounds that do not make things more efficient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have gone completely paperless with the help of RealPage. Plus, I can work anywhere because it is web-based.
