What are the best aspects of this product?

RealPage's modules are meticulous in their data gathering apart from being intuitive. The great design also helps us navigate the solution smoothly and complete our tasks quickly. Moreover, the analytical capabilities of the software help us take a comprehensive view of our property's operations. It is also a plus that we can tailor the application to our needs, especially when we have different types of properties in our portfolio.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been instances when RealPage crashes, causing us to lose all the data we have just entered. This does not happen often but we would prefer that this does not happen at all. It would also be nice if they redo some of their knowledge base articles because they assume that the readers have a good grasp of the topic already.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our recordkeeping and operations have benefited greatly from RealPage because it has streamlined our various processes. We have also straightened out our payables and receivables with the help of the integrated accounting tools. If not for RealPage, we would not have gotten far.
