What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how it lets me move between different screens with ease. It also lets me get the same information in different ways, especially residents' information. I also enjoy its capability to provide numerous reports that I can customize as well. With its intuitiveness, our busy office has become efficient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been times when it was difficult to customize the reports. They should offer more options.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

RealPage lets us document every facet of our operations so we can resolve conflicts quickly. And because we can access it from a browser, we can ease the communication lines between the administration and the site managers.
