Using RealPage as a property supervisor

What are the best aspects of this product?

RealPage is a very user-friendly application that lets us complete our tasks without issue.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not like the interface. The system is slow to respond at times. I also find it problematic that we cannot add payments to our home tab and how we cannot use it fully on Chrome.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

RealPage let us achieve our paperless goal because we can upload and store documents to the system. Because of this, we have saved a lot of money.
