What are the best aspects of this product?
Not sure I see any benefit if the persons running the program don't understand what agents are submitting as proof of insurance.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Staff is not trained to read certificates of insurance. Constantly rejecting Certificates even though we've supplied ALL requirements. Hard to get anyone on the phone, when you do, they don't know what they are looking at nor offer ways to resolve the issues.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Don't waste your money. Hire your own person to manage your certificates.
