What are the best aspects of this product?
The best thing about RealPage is how it reduces data entry. When I enter information to it, it automatically fills in other relevant fields. This is very helpful in our check processing and rent management workflows. Aside from that, I like the reporting capability of the software, too. It lets me add as many details as I need to one report so I do not have to generate different reports.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only problem I have with RealPage is how it makes it difficult for us to oversee multi-site properties.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
RealPage lets us track rent payments and send payment reminders to clients with ease. And because it allows us to see delinquencies, we can plan for rainy business days while ensuring that clients pay their dues.
