What are the best aspects of this product?
This recruitment software is used by our entire organization. Basically we are a recruiting and staffing agency and RecruitBPM is used to track all of our information on the candidates we have been recruiting, their interviews and progress, and any job orders that come in the companies that we are actively recruiting for. Mainly, this applicant tracking system helps us to run the whole show from one database the entire company could interact with. It allows us to capture lots of detailed information about the candidates we are recruiting, as well as track the open job orders they are matched with and notes on their interview progress. It also let us easily post and edit open job orders that our organization is working on. RecruitBPM is easily accessible for our whole company to use on daily basis, and provides quick access to the data on our clients and job orders to be used for company reports.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It offers great recruiting benefits at very low prices. So, there isn’t anything particular I can mention to my disliking. So, there is nothing specific worth mentioning, rather than the increased response time at initial stages when we used to add huge number of candidates at a time in the pipeline. The new release of this recruiting software has solved this problem as well.

We have using this applicant tracking software for recruiting purposes mainly. It addresses the issues of tracking candidates, organizing information for both candidates and clients, and assisting with both efficiency and productivity. It is used to track and store documents and important files, as well as to allow the entire organization to have access to information. RecruitBPM is definitely a worthwhile product if you make sure you take the time to learn it thoroughly. The ideal user will be looking for something that allows for a lot of functionality! It is great for tracking a candidate from start to finish! You can keep up with everything that needs to be done to get a candidate hired and placed. It does a great job of making the recruitment process flow in an easy to use manner. It is great with the additions of social media and gives users multiple ways to engage candidates and colleagues.

Although it offered the same functions as RecruitBPM, it was quite expensive while RecruitBPM has proven to be very cos-effective for our recruiting efforts.
