What are the best aspects of this product?
Being fully integrated and customizable this recruiting software makes the interactions with our clients and candidates very easy. It is very spontaneous and easy to use with customizing options and continuous improvements. It offers the ability to get to different pages and perform actions from anywhere. Love the constant innovation as well as continuing to add more integration. Clean interface, simple navigation, and overall improved workflow. The look of the system is unique and definitely more convenient.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have used other applicant tracking systems in the market and I like RecruitBPM much better. Overall it is highly functional but I think there is much more room for further improvements.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It is such a great applicant tracking system. They are small but very laser-focused so be patient if you want to customize to your project. User adoption is the key. If you are looking to find a more effective system for your organization I would suggest giving a shot. You would be surprised by some of the features it offers and the price is unbeatable.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've certainly experienced an increase in the efficiency. Our touch-points and Constant Contact with our network has increased. We have an easy access to the information on every aspect of our full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, calling, emailing, submitting, interviews and placements on both the sales and recruiting end. When a job opens up, we can quickly glance at the productivity of each recruiter and how to fulfill our clients’ demands. Being organized and making sure to have appropriate follow-ups with clients are the key to getting our job done successfully.
