What are the best aspects of this product?

This modern recruitment tool has improved over the years and established itself as one of most recommended ATS tools for ease of use and reliability. It’s very flexible to implement customization one design as well as functionality. We can customize a pipeline for each job order to manage the whole process from sourcing to interview. Analytics and Reporting provide all the information required to understand and track the progress of the recruitment process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t dislike any of its features, rather I appreciate the enhancements made in the efficiency.

It made all our workflow smooth and fuss-free. All the activities such as scoring, reviews, recommendations and communications like emails, SMS, call record are at one place now.
