What are the best aspects of this product?

We find it very easy to customize and configure the system to fulfill the requirements of our business. It’s integrations free job boards and social media increases the exposure of posted positions to reach a higher number of potential candidates. Uploading existing data and resumes is fairly simple. We also find it very useful and easy to brand our job website according to our business branding strategy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have multiple departments in our company, this tool helps us to keep different teams on the same page for the status of filling the vacancies and interactions with different clients at the same time.

Major issues that we sorted out with this tool are, candidate sourcing, email tracking, Job posting, and company branding, etc.
