What are the best aspects of this product?

Being a team manager, the most valuable part of this ATS is role-based access to all team members which help me to keep the confidential information safe. And it also let me manage the work flow more systematically through customization. The platform is simple to be adaptable for novice users, the look and feel of the interface is comforting. No unnecessary features to create hype. All the modules and functionalities are highly productive in their scope.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We hardly have any complaints about this ATS as it keeps improving and removing any existing anomalies.

As a modern recruitment solution, this software gives best ROI. Multiple integrations with tools to communicate, post and market jobs, candidate screening and onboarding, save considerable amount of time. Its customer support team is always helpful.
