What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best parts I like about RecruitBPM is the integrations, it offers integrations with different software and platforms including job-boards and emailing. These integrations save a lot of our time whether it is to publish jobs or to send emails in bulk. I have already recommended this incomparable recruiting solution to a number of my colleagues to help them with their recruiting issues. It is great software to keep all the candidate data in one place, to set up and track all the hiring processes and store all the recruiting data in the cloud. It’s been a pleasant experience to use RecruitBPM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a very user-friendly applicant tracking system with a huge plus of allowing you an easy integration of your calendar. Enabling the users to customize the product to fit their company’s specific requirements, it gets very simple to share and post your open positions with multiple job sites through one platform. Overall, it offers a pleasant experience to the users with no regrets and disadvantages.

RecruitBPM is a well-built cloud-based applicant tracking system that enables its users to access the recruiting data anytime, anywhere. Moreover, the advanced search option let us track the most suitable candidates for particular job positions in less time. This applicant tracking system is the right choice for start-ups, small and mid-sized companies who want an effective yet costing cutting recruiting solution.
