What are the best aspects of this product?

The most important part is the cost with a bundle of significant features of this ATS. With plenty of effective features, they also provide customer support for installation and training phase as well as 24/7 helpline for the occurrence of even minor bugs. The system is extremely easy to use and understand. It’s a few most beneficial functionalities are email tracking, candidate search, and candidate suggest which let our team decide the better fitting applicant.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sourcing was one of the challenges our company was facing previous but this ATS become a helping hand to drive plenty of candidates, especially for urgent fills. Overall, timely hiring and accurate reporting are the major issues being resolved other than sourcing.
