What are the best aspects of this product?

RecruitBPM is one of the most in-expensive yet enriched with high-end features applicant tracking system available in market. Functionalities such as workflow customization, advance candidate search and email tracking places it among the top ATS. It provides all the features to find suitable candidates against a job order and client requirements. It also facilitates to reach a large number of passive candidates through social media and other sourcing means such as resume libraries.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would suggest that reporting customization can be enhanced in coming releases

It helped our team members to stay organized, one step ahead and focused on our objectives. It also enhanced communication among team members and eliminated miscommunication issues.
