What are the best aspects of this product?
This applicant tracking software keeps us organized in the process. It allows us to easily store all information in one place for easy reference. It provides us with templates, support, and ideas to improve our internal process. The templates simplify the communication between our team and the candidates. The ability to source people and move candidates to different job openings increases our ability to fill positions. RecruitBPM has decreased the time we need to spend during our hiring process by at least 1/3 from the method we've used in the past. It keeps everything we need in one place and simplifies the entire process for everyone involved.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Previously we had an Excel spreadsheet which meant it was very difficult to pipeline and identify future talent, this recruiting solution allows us to do this in an easy and simple way. Candidates don't fall through the cracks and are easy to manage.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have been using RecruitBPM to both find and associate candidates through our hiring pipeline. We are a small startup, looking for specific employees. Previously we had been using spreadsheets, which were getting messy and tedious. I had read the reviews of different recruiting software, and this applicant tracking system seemed like the best one to invest in. Our company mainly uses it for sourcing the candidates, job postings and, as an applicant tracking system. Initially, only a few employees had been using it, but now the entire company uses the system. It has really helped us streamline the hiring process and reduce communication issues between the hiring managers and HR.
