What are the best aspects of this product?

We have been using this amazing recruiting software to streamline our organization’s hiring process, and we have been successful. Our main use for it is to publish our job postings out to dozens of different job boards from one platform, and it does this very well. We were originally trying to use various job sites together at a time, but RecruitBPM is way easier to do it from one place. The integrations allow you to grow your database and maximize your investment in job boards. We also use it to manage the interview process because the interview scheduling process is superb! Advanced candidate search offers the capabilities with great summary results that let the recruiters to quickly discover the candidates they want to speak with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This product offers great recruiting benefits at very low prices. So, there isn’t anything I can mention as my disliking.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Adding artificial intelligence will be another amazing addition to this product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I believe that RecruitBPM is actually a compatible and right choice for any hiring team that is looking for affordable yet efficient recruiting software to manage their hiring process. In particular, I think it's better for start-ups, small and mid-sized companies who want an effective yet costing cutting recruiting solution. It also helps us in keeping a record of necessary information like previous phone calls, notes, emails so they can be carefully and precisely reported for future reference. It gets much easier to screen the future candidates.
