What are the best aspects of this product?

This recruiting software is used on both the recruitment and sales side of our organization. It allows both divisions to effectively communicate with each other with no downtime waiting for a call or email back. For on-boarding, payroll and human resource related questions it is very easy to navigate and see where someone left off if an issue needed to be taken care of immediately. RecruitBPM is a very easy to use solution for tracking both the potential and current clients as well as candidates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I believe RecruitBPM would be a strong benefit to add to any organization. I have used different applicant tracking software for recruitment, sales, and human resources. I find this recruiting solution to be the easiest to cross train a team when not in the same office. I find it to be very user-friendly and even if you are not a technical expert, the step-by-step process is broken down and very easy for anyone at any level to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is a great applicant tracking system. Although they have a small set-up but the team is very goal-oriented; therefore, if you want to customize it according to your hiring process requirements, you need to be a little bit patient. User adoption is the key for their success. If you’re looking to find a more effective system for your organization, I would suggest giving it a shot. You would be surprised by some of the features it offers and the price is unbeatable.
